- Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer free and transparent shipping options for all orders destined for the United States. All transaction amounts are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance, extreme weather, or carrier peak seasons. We do our best to ensure your cell phone stand arrives as quickly as possible.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes mabron.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For the vast majority of our cell phone stand shipments to the United States, items pass through customs without additional customs fees.
- Damages and Lost Packages mabron.shop is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@mabron.shop. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.
- Wrong Address and Delivery Failures It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. If you find that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@mabron.shop before the package is dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
